22-23 Registration Information
A link to register for Antler Care sign-up for the 2022-2023 school year will be available here on Monday, May 2, 2022 beginning at 6am.
Please follow these steps to register for a spot in the Antler Care program for the 2022-2023 school year-
Step 1: Click on the registration link
Step 2: Fill out the Google form. Information needed for Google form - Parent email
Student name
Student school site
Student grade level
Choose option of care - AM only, PM only, AM & PM (PM only is the only option available at the 4/5 Grade Centers)
Step 3: Submit your form and wait for an email.
If you feel you have filled out something on your form incorrectly, please email [email protected] and it can be corrected. Please do not submit multiple registrations to correct any errors.
You will receive an email within five (5) school days with notification of your student's registration status:
1) Spot Secured - a confirmation email will be sent to you providing all the additional enrollment information you will need. Your Smartcare account will need to be set up by August 8, 2022 or your student's spot in Antler Care will be forfeited.
2) Waitlist - Your student has been put on the waitlist. Antler Care continually fills spots from the waitlist. Should your student secure a spot from the waitlist, you will be emailed and given a week to complete enrollment with the Smartcare program.
