Kenneth Dennis

Kenneth Dennis was born in raised in Central Florida.  He graduated from the University of Florida in 1992, with a Bachelor of Environmental Design.  He attended graduate school at the University of Oklahoma and received his Master of Architecture in 1994.  While at OU, he met his best friend, and wife, Tiffany.  He has lived in the school district since 1996.  He and Tiffany have three children.  Carter is in 10th grade at DCHS, Brody is in 8th at DCMS and Madison is in 4th grade at Rose Union Elementary School. 

Kenneth is passionate about how architecture shapes the physical environment and impacts the quality of life in a community.  He is a LEED™ Accredited Professional and strives to provide clients with fresh, creative design solutions, while being a good steward of the environment.  He is designer and project manager with TAParchitecture, which is located in downtown Oklahoma City, and has recently been made an Associate of the firm.  Additionally, he has served on the board of the American Institute of Architects, Central Oklahoma Chapter, for the past five years, and currently serves as its president. 

Kenneth believes that the children of our school district should receive the best education possible to help prepare them for the many challenges that they will face in the future, as productive members of society.  The administrators, educators, curriculum, and facilities of our district are the tools that will ensure their success.  He served as the chairman of the long-range facilities task force, which helped establish the list of construction projects that were included in the last bond election.
